The Diploma of Leadership and Management is a nationally recognised qualification recommended for individuals working in, or with potential to work in, a management or leadership role and who seek to develop their skills in the management of staff, workplace relations, operational planning, project administration, financial and budget management.
Both Doctors and senior practice, hospital staff will benefit from this qualification.
Self-paced learning is the ideal model to achieve this qualification. Participants receive an individual learning guide in electronic format for each unit of competency which is completed at their own pace. Participants have a dedicated trainer, who is contactable by telephone or email to support the learning process.
