The Certificate IV in business is a nationally recognised qualification recommended for practice staff who provide leadership and guidance to others and who use well developed skills and knowledge to apply solutions to a range of unpredictable problems and who analyse information from a variety of sources.
Self-paced learning is the ideal model to achieve this qualification. Participants receive an individual learning guide in electronic format for each unit of competency which is completed at their own pace online. Participants have a dedicated trainer, who is contactable by telephone or email to support the learning process.
